Miracle has discovered Qi Gong ... the ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention.  "Lifting the Sky" is considered the best Qi Gong exercise - (and an excellent pose for beginners).

Today's lesson from A Course in Miracles talks about the strength that abides in us.  When I was contemplating the Sketch for today,  I thought of this pose for my visual affirmation.  Here Miracle is focused on her intention... fully present in the now moment... and feels she is one with her surroundings.  Her heart is open and there is no beginning or end to the love that flows to her, and from her.

Ahhhhh... Lifting the sky...
